Marketing Communication Executive

About the role

The Marketing Communication Executive will support the Strategic Sales team by creating and managing press releases, publications, and event communications across both local and global channels. This role ensures brand consistency and effective messaging for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor press releases, publications, reports, brochures, and event materials.
• Coordinate news coverage for international events such as SMM, Posidonia, and Gastech.
• Produce promotional videos for committee meetings, annual achievements, and other key initiatives.
• Assist senior management in managing external media partnerships and agents.
• Channel, distribute, and monitor the impact of marketing materials and intelligence.
• Maintain alignment with head‑office brand guidelines and event tiering.
• Support organization and facilitation of online and offline M&S activities, including forums and summits.
• Help control and optimize related budgets.
• Optimize corporate materials (e.g., China brochure, corporate profile) and harmonize commercial assets.
• Monitor competitor communications and branding developments.
• Develop and maintain a corporate marketing library of photos, videos, and showcases.
• Collaborate regularly with sales teams to provide functional support.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management and comply with HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in integrated marketing communication campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
