Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process mastery, quality integration, and continuous improvement initiatives within our production environment. The role supports daily operations, drives automation projects, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to achieve Industry 4.0 goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document end‑to‑end manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and packing, while ensuring critical quality control points are met.
• Provide immediate technical support to the production floor, troubleshoot “red‑light” cases, and resolve complex material, process, or equipment issues.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to design, justify, and implement automation and IIoT solutions.
• Assist the Production Manager in meeting daily production targets and managing operational activities.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Six Sigma tools (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Automation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) implementation.
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis.
• Process documentation and technical support.
