Manager / Senior Manager – EA&D (AI&D)

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Architecture & Design (AI & Data) initiatives across major Chinese cities. The role focuses on guiding clients through digital transformation, translating business needs into technology solutions, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client operations, capture solution requirements and align them with business objectives.
• Translate client needs into digital and technology solutions, advising on digital journeys and transformation.
• Lead discovery workshops, user interviews and stakeholder meetings to gather and refine requirements.
• Diagnose problems, conduct analysis and develop actionable solutions across various industries.
• Consider end‑user experience throughout development to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Support the design, development and implementation of digital business solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Work across multiple projects, building domain knowledge and staying current with sector trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of post‑qualification IT consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design.
• Agile, Scrum Master or Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
