About the role

We are looking for a Management Support Intern to assist managers and teams with operational, planning and organisational tasks at Airbus’s Final Assembly facility in Tianjin. This role offers a hands‑on experience in a leading aerospace environment, emphasizing compliance awareness and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative support to managers and project teams.
• Assist in planning activities, schedule coordination and documentation.
• Help monitor compliance risks and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other organisational materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a student (undergraduate or graduate).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Good understanding of compliance and ethical standards.
