About the role

Join PwC's Advisory Acceleration Centre in Shanghai as a Management Consulting Finance Associate. You will work within a global network of problem‑solvers, supporting clients on strategic and operational initiatives across finance, strategy, operations, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and project teams from China, the U.S., and other locations to deliver project engagements.
• Drive strategic and operational initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and conduct comprehensive analysis.
• Support clients in applying product offerings and industry‑specific solutions such as strategy, operations, finance, due diligence, and people & organization.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyse data responsibly while following risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Provide constructive, in‑the‑moment feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
