Maintenance & Retrofit Customer Support

About the role

The role is focused on delivering scheduled maintenance and retrofit services to airline customers in the Beijing region. You will act as the first‑line technical liaison, handling service bulletin issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of airline customers to deliver scheduled maintenance on cost, time and quality targets.
• Ensure airline maintenance programmes and planning deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Investigate, prioritize and escalate urgent service bulletin topics, both upgrades and standard releases.
• Provide on‑site assistance for maintenance programmes, planning evaluations and other operational services.
• Maintain regular communication with customers via teleconferences, Webex, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Promote new service‑bulletin related business opportunities and projects.
• Prepare regular customer visit reports and contribute to continuous product and service improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑year engineering degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience working in an airline or MRO environment, specifically in maintenance and engineering.
• Good knowledge of EASA Part‑M regulation and general aircraft maintenance concepts.
• Proven ability to work across multiple functions and cultures.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion abilities.
• Assertive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
