Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to arrange domestic and international shipments that support project delivery requirements. The role works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure timely and reliable material delivery while continuously improving logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international shipments based on project delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and MWS to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and delivery notes.
• Handle logistics exceptions including shipment delays, missing documents, damaged goods, urgent shipments and transportation disruptions.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery reliability, transportation efficiency and customer service.
• Analyze freight costs and logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support freight budget management.
• Develop logistics performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for management decision‑making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify logistics processes, eliminate waste and improve overall supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong self‑learning ability and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy workloads.
• College diploma or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping or supply‑chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or international business environment.
