Lead Embedded SW Developer

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software from requirements through production and commercial deployment.
• Deliver high‑quality code with low defect rates.
• Analyze and improve efficiency and stability of system resources.
• Support software QA activities and optimise overall performance.
• Collaborate with global teams on solution architecture and software development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on coding experience on ARM‑based Linux platforms.
• Proven expertise in Linux internals, IPC mechanisms, multithreading, timers, AIO, signals and memory management.
• Experience with cross‑build tools (Makefile, Meson, CMake, Ninja) and debugging complex C/C++ code.
• Familiarity with Yocto, Linux bootloaders, device drivers and IoT protocols such as MQTT.

Required skills

• C/C++ programming and Bash scripting.
• JSON handling.
• ARM architecture and Linux operating system.
• Real‑Time Operating Systems (RTOS) knowledge.
• Linux IPC, multithreading, timers, AIO, signals, memory management.
• Build systems: Makefile, Meson, CMake, Ninja.
• Yocto Project, bootloader development, device driver programming.
• IoT protocols (MQTT), network security, TCP/IP.
• TPM, OP‑TEE, encryption/decryption, digital signatures.
• Container technologies (Podman) and DevOps practices.
