负责在苏州研发制造线概念及可扩展的生产解决方案，设计装配系统、设备及工装，推动标准化和模块化机械设计，支持产线调试与优化。
主要职责
- 开发制造线概念及可扩展的生产方案。
- 设计装配系统、生产设备和工装概念。
- 定义机器概念及设备规格。
- 主导机械设计活动并协调供应商。
- 推动标准化及模块化机器设计。
- 支持产线投产调试与优化。
- 进行周期时间分析与产能规划。
任职要求
- 机械工程、机电一体化或自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 8年以上设备设计或制造工程经验。
- 具备自动化生产线和装配系统的丰富经验。
- 熟练使用CAD设计工具。
- 有产线布局规划及工业化项目经验。
- 具备较强的领导力和沟通能力。
- 英语流利，能够进行专业交流。
