LAC Engineer (EM)

About the role

The LAC (Local Analysis Center) Engineer supports Bosch Electric Drive Systems in Nanchang by leading product failure analysis for electric drive axle systems. You will coordinate investigations, train inspectors, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Define product failure analysis procedures and manage testing equipment.
• Provide training and task assignment to inspectors.
• Track 0‑km complaint cases and produce deep root‑cause analysis reports.
• Summarize failure modes regularly and feed back to relevant departments.
• Support MAE planning and act as the main contact for cross‑functional failure analysis.
• Coordinate testing technology and oversee testing equipment management.

Required profile

• Graduated in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent analytical experience.
• Several years of experience in failure analysis of electric vehicle axle/e‑machine products.
• Familiarity with EV systems, axle/e‑machine bench operations, and T‑BOX/CCU data analysis.
