About the role

The Full‑Time Key Holder is a pivotal leader who drives store performance and ensures an exceptional customer experience. Working on the shop floor, you will guide a team of associates, oversee daily operations, and uphold the brand’s standards in a high‑traffic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates through training and coaching.
• Maintain a customer‑focused environment, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and sales‑floor organization.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately.
• Monitor asset protection policies and enforce compliance with loss‑prevention standards.
• Communicate store performance metrics and updates to senior management.
