负责北京蓝色港湾店的日常运营与团队管理，确保以顾客为中心提供差异化的购物体验。

主要职责

带领团队完成开店、闭店及日常运营任务。
培训与发展员工，提升服务水平。
维护店铺陈列、销售区域及资产安全。
执行公司政策与流程，控制损耗。
提升顾客体验，处理顾客沟通与投诉。

任职要求

具备果断、分析和可信赖的领导能力。
能够在数百万美元业务环境中承担责任。
具备良好的沟通协调能力。

必备技能

熟悉门店运营流程与资产保护政策。
