Key Account Manager – 大客户经理

About the role

This position is responsible for driving growth and delivering the highest customer experience for the Beauty sector across Central China. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding existing business, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring service quality for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business by strengthening customer relationships, ensuring service quality, and identifying opportunities for account development.
• Explore business opportunities within the existing customer portfolio and collaborate with regional or global account owners to secure new business.
• Lead RFQ/RFI activities for assigned accounts, coordinating pricing, product and solution teams to develop customized and competitive proposals.
• Conduct regular service reviews with customers and work closely with Customer Service teams to improve satisfaction and reduce complaints.
• Proactively share and follow up on sales leads with overseas colleagues and other stations to drive business development.
• Lead new business implementation, coordinate SOP preparation, and provide required information to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Maintain regular customer visits and communication to understand expectations on service, solutions and pricing; attend MBR/QBR meetings, address inquiries, and provide data‑driven insights to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or key account management within a multinational logistics company.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills with different functions and levels of staff.
