职位概况
负责指定区域的服务销售业务增长，制定并执行重点客户业务计划，完成收入、合同续约及新增业务目标。
主要职责
- 建立并维护区域重点客户关系，提供服务解决方案。
- 主导复杂销售项目，协调销售、服务、市场等团队资源，推动项目落地。
- 分析区域市场及客户需求，挖掘新业务增长机会。
- 分享最佳实践，指导Junior Sales成长，推动团队协作。
任职要求
- 5年以上医疗行业销售经验，具备独立管理重点客户和项目的经验。
- 较强的客户影响力、商务谈判能力及业务规划能力。
- 出色的跨部门协作和资源整合能力，结果导向，能独立推动复杂业务达成。
必备技能
- 具备服务销售（Service Sales）经验。
- 拥有医疗设备行业背景或FSE、临床应用、技术支持经验。
- 熟悉KOL及重点客户管理，有Team Lead或项目负责人经验。
