职位概况
博世集团在上海招聘初级定子组件设计工程师（EM），负责电机定子相关的设计与开发工作，提供从概念到投产的全流程支持。
主要职责
- 使用CAD工具创建和维护定子部件的3D模型及技术图纸。
- 与工程、项目管理、质量、采购、生产及验证团队协作，解决技术问题。
- 参与设计评审、设计变更及工程发布，支持绕组、Hairpin、冷却和可制造性改进。
- 推动部件成本优化，达成目标成本。
- 与供应商进行技术沟通与协调，逐步承担定子部件责任。
任职要求
- 机械工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关专业硕士学位。
- 0–3年工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- 熟悉机械设计、CAD及产品开发流程。
- 了解eMotor、定子、绕组或Hairpin技术者优先。
- 具备电机冷却、制造工艺及公差基础知识者加分。
- 良好的分析、沟通与团队合作能力，英语和中文流利。
