IT支持工程师（Onsite）

About the role

The company is looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer to manage PC remastering, inventory, and security compliance for Airbus projects in China. You will work directly with end‑users, ensuring that hardware and software standards are met while providing timely troubleshooting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with users to plan and execute daily PC remastering (≈6 PCs per person per day).
• Maintain accurate inventory of devices, cables, and accessories throughout the service period.
• Report weekly progress and any deviations to Airbus, obtaining approval before implementing changes.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support following the Installation Guide, and manually update installations as needed.
• Escalate issues not covered by the guide to Airbus.
• Ensure workstations meet Airbus security compliance, install missing security products, and resolve non‑compliant PCs.
• Adhere to Airbus China SLA and negotiate project delays when unavoidable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in service‑desk or onsite support roles.
• Strong English reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability, ownership, and teamwork mindset.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
• Active Directory.
• LAN and TCP/IP networking basics.
• Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting down to component level.
• Anti‑virus and patch‑management tools.
• Basic server troubleshooting.
