职位概况
负责在约定 SLA 内处理终端、操作系统与网络故障，通过工单系统完成记录、分派、闭环，以可验证的沟通降低重复进线与升级率。
主要职责
- 诊断并处理 Windows / macOS 客户端问题，包括账号、权限、驱动、更新、磁盘、打印、外围设备等。
- 排查局域网与广域网常见故障，如有线/无线连接、DHCP/DNS、VPN、代理、交换机端口、IP 冲突、带宽与延迟。
- 在工单系统中全生命周期管理工单，完成分类、优先级、SLA 计时、知识库关联、升级路径及根因备注。
- 结构化沟通，复述问题、确认复现步骤、给出预期时间并交付可执行解决方案。
任职要求
- 熟练运维 Windows（WIN 11 及企业镜像）和 macOS（近期两个大版本），能够独立进行故障隔离。
- 掌握 TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VPN、Wi‑Fi、防火墙等网络基础，能区分客户端与网络侧问题。
- 能够独立使用 Jira Service Management、ServiceNow、Zoho、Freshservice 等工单系统完成记录与闭环。
- 具备中英双语书面及口头沟通能力，遵循变更与最小权限原则。
