About the role
JCI is looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to support AI and digital product initiatives across APAC. The role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and development teams to find ways where AI and automation can improve productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency. It suits people with strong business analysis and data skills who want to build a career in AI product management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Create user stories and business requirements
- Support backlog prioritization
- Participate in sprint planning and UAT
- Define business KPIs and measure adoption
- Drive continuous product improvement
Required profile
- 1 year of IT business analysis experience
- 1 year of exposure to AI, analytics or automation projects
- Experience working with business stakeholders and gathering and documenting requirements
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
- Curious about AI, understands business processes and communicates well with business and technical teams
Required skills
- Preferred: Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, data analytics
- Nice to have: Azure AI, prompt engineering, Python
