职位概况
株式会社mov 正在招聘财务会计，负责支持公司在IPO准备阶段的财务管理与内部控制建设，推动业务流程的优化与标准化。
主要职责
- 日常财务会计工作，包括凭证录入、付款管理、月度/年度决算等。
- 资金、收付款、应收应付等资金管理工作。
- 编制各类财务报表及数据管理。
- 配合IPO准备，完善内部控制制度，制定会计相关规章制度。
- 与审计机构、税务顾问等外部专家沟通协调。
- 推动业务流程改进与标准化，利用AI工具提升效率。
任职要求
- 具备财务会计实务经验，能够独立完成凭证、付款、结算等工作。
- 熟悉月度、季度、年度决算流程。
- 了解内部控制及合规要求，有IPO准备相关经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与内部外部多方合作。
