职位概况
本岗位面向法学研究生，协助主办律师完成IPO、投融资、基金等项目的尽职调查工作，提供实务锻炼机会，实习期满有留用意向者可转正。
主要职责
- 协助主办律师进行项目尽职调查，收集、整理相关法律文件。
- 参与IPO、投融资、基金等项目的法律风险评估。
- 撰写尽职调查报告及法律意见书草稿。
任职要求
- 在读研二或研三，专业为法学类。
- 能够实习三个月以上，具备留用意向。
- 英语水平良好，可作为工作语言。
- 具备团队合作意识，工作负责、责任心强。
- 已通过国家司法考试（法考）。
必备技能
- 熟练使用英语进行法律文献阅读与沟通。
