About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's 2026 International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP) in MedTech. This 10‑12 week program in Shanghai offers high‑potential MBA or master’s students the chance to lead real business projects and present findings to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead significant cross‑functional business projects with real‑life implications.
- Present analysis and results to senior leaders and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with teams across Innovative Medicine and MedTech business segments.
Required profile
- First‑year full‑time MBA or master’s student graduating after September 2026.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience prior to the master’s program.
- Fluent in English and the local language of the internship location.
- Legally authorized to work permanently in China without sponsorship.
Required skills
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Ability to develop solutions using data‑driven insights.
