International Project Manager – Electromechanical Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an International Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of electromechanical engineering projects. The role combines end‑to‑end planning, cross‑team coordination, cost and schedule control, and on‑site support for overseas assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects, define objectives, scope, timelines and resources, and adjust plans dynamically.
• Coordinate internal design, production, and manufacturing links while supervising subcontractors.
• Act as the primary communication hub with global clients and suppliers, handling technical queries and progress updates.
• Provide technical and managerial support on‑site, monitor milestones, and correct schedule deviations.
• Manage overall project costs, control labor/materials, prepare documentation, and ensure timely payment collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Control, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle project management experience in electromechanical integration projects.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) – CET‑6 level.
• Preferred PMP certification.
• Ability to travel frequently and undertake short‑term overseas secondments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD for viewing and basic editing of drawings.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for documentation, data analysis and reporting.
