职位概况
负责博世集团在全球范围内特定产品组的中长期需求与产能规划，支持新产品投放及产能瓶颈管理，确保供应链高效运作。
主要职责
- 制定并维护全球中长期需求计划，协调6大销售区域及细分市场负责人。
- 与生产工厂及外部供应商共同进行产能规划，处理产能限制或剩余。
- 在产能瓶颈时参与决策，支持加班或预生产方案。
- 推动S&OP流程中的需求供给验证及新产品投放的物料流规划。
- 监控全球库存，处理库存过剩或短缺问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链或相关专业。
- 多年需求或生产计划工作经验，熟悉快速消费品行业者优先。
- 具备跨文化沟通与团队协作能力，能独立承担责任并作出决策。
- 流利英语，掌握德语者佳。
必备技能
- 供应链需求与产能规划流程的深刻理解。
