职位概况

加入Haleon，参与药店运营检查，支持区域门店质量提升工作。

主要职责

依托云拜访系统，跟随销售代表路线，随机抽查南区TOP药店，进行门店五维标准检查，单店核查时长15-20分钟。
核查药店运营规范、陈列、终端执行情况，如实记录问题。
整理检查台账，汇总数据，跟进问题整改。
协助优化抽查流程，整理案例，反馈执行现状，支撑质量提升。
完成上级安排的其他门店五维落地相关辅助工作。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通与记录能力。
能够适应现场检查工作。

必备技能

熟悉使用云拜访系统或类似移动办公工具。
