职位概况
负责在百汇医院重症监护室为患者提供全面、以患者为中心的护理服务，确保安全、质量和患者满意度。
主要职责
- 独立执行直接患者护理，评估、计划、实施并评估个体化护理。
- 记录并维护患者完整、准确的病历。
- 建立治疗性关系，进行患者及家属沟通。
- 识别危重患者并进行及时分诊。
- 协调患者教育、康复及随访工作，及时向医生报告检查结果。
- 遵循医院及卫生部门的安全与感染控制规范。
- 检查并确保急救设备随时可用，负责器械清洁消毒。
