职位概况
负责基于基础设施即代码（IaC）和 DevOps 实践，交付与管理云原生平台，保障多环境一致性、可审计性及系统稳定性。
主要职责
- 基于 Terraform、CloudFormation、ROS 等 IaC 工具交付和管理云资源，确保多环境资源一致性与变更可审计。
- 负责 Kubernetes 生产集群全生命周期管理，包括部署、网络、工作负载、安全、容灾及数据备份。
- 设计、交付并维护 CI/CD 平台，编写 Pipeline，实现自动化构建、测试、镜像生成及多环境发布。
- 建设云端 Kubernetes 监控告警体系（指标、日志、链路追踪），支撑线上稳定性与容量规划。
- 制定交付及运维自动化规范，编写 Runbook，参与故障排查与自动化改进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3-5 年云平台、DevOps 或 SRE 相关经验。
- 熟练使用 Terraform，具备多云环境下服务部署及 IaC 与 CI/CD 集成经验。
- 深入掌握 Kubernetes 核心组件及生产级运维，至少 2 年 ACK/EKS/AKS 自动化实践。
- 精通至少一种 CI/CD 工具链（Jenkins、GitLab CI、GitHub Actions、Azure DevOps 等），拥有完整发布闭环经验。
- 熟悉阿里云、AWS、Azure 中至少一平台的基础设施即代码及容器服务交付或运维。
- 具备良好的 PPT、Word、Excel 编写能力，具备风险意识和团队协作能力。
- 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
