HR Staffing Intern

About the role

Join Airbus China’s HR team as a Staffing Intern, supporting the Archiving Project and the full employee lifecycle. You will gain hands‑on experience in HR operations while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Master the archiving workflow, organize and digitize historical documents to meet tight deadlines.
• Assist with employee lifecycle tasks: maintain personnel files, support pre‑onboarding, day‑1 onboarding, probation tracking, contract renewals, off‑boarding, internal transfers, and issue employee certificates.
• Facilitate the company chop application process and conduct data quality checks for both physical and digital HR records.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to boost HR operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with business units, provide staffing updates, and coordinate cross‑departmental HR activities.
• Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Relevant internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, patient, principled, and flexible.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.

Required skills

• Data analysis (preferred).
