HR Reward Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Reward Intern to support our Compensation & Benefits function and contribute to cross‑functional HR projects. The role offers hands‑on experience with annual compensation cycles, data analytics, HRIS maintenance and project management in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Reward team in executing annual HR campaigns such as performance, salary and bonus reviews.
• Consolidate, clean and analyse large compensation datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare compensation reports, conduct internal equity checks and support market benchmarking.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee or manager inquiries on reward guidelines and timelines.
• Draft and distribute HR communications, including campaign launch emails and reminders.
• Maintain and update data in the HRIS (myPULSE / Workday) and help automate workflows.
• Support the HR Project Management Office by tracking milestones, creating presentation decks and coordinating meetings.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose simple digital improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, accountable and able to handle confidential data responsibly.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script, Python or VBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or myPULSE.
