Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Editage China. You will own paid‑media campaigns, content‑driven conversion tactics, and referral programs while collaborating closely with design, performance, and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and adjust targeting based on real‑time ROI and CAC metrics.
• Develop and execute content marketing assets (lead magnets, nurture emails, performance‑focused landing pages) that move prospects through the conversion funnel and measure their impact on leads, sign‑ups, and sales.
• Design, launch, and monitor referral programs, handling incentive setup, tracking, payout, fraud prevention, and journey optimization.
• Build and maintain daily dashboards for core metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS), identify funnel drop‑off points, and provide actionable insights.
• Brief designers on ad creative requirements, coordinate landing‑page experiments with the performance team, and supply China‑market insights to the global team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with proven success in paid channels.
• Demonstrated ability to create conversion‑focused content and run referral or viral campaigns.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting performance reports in a global setting.
