Global Recruiter – Multi‑Function Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across a wide range of functions and regions as BJAK scales its operations worldwide. You will partner closely with hiring managers, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business‑critical teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct screening, assessments and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives and talent‑mapping research.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals.
