Global Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Global Recruiter to drive hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales its operations worldwide. This hands‑on role works in a fast‑paced environment, managing several hiring priorities while partnering closely with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various functions and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to managers and stakeholders.
• Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives and collaborate with recruiters, coordinators and business leaders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering or other corporate areas.
