Global Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Global Project Lead to drive end‑to‑end project delivery for Seco SOLVA’s manufacturing solutions in China. Based in Shanghai, you will lead cross‑functional technical teams, coordinate with regional business development managers and ensure successful implementation of customer projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage full project lifecycles from initiation through execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, staffing, supply and subcontractor management, and progress reporting.
• Monitor performance, recommend schedule or cost adjustments, and optimise resource utilisation across all phases.
• Collaborate with regional managers, senior project leads and I‑HUB engineers to deliver tailored solutions on customer sites.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the engineering team, guaranteeing clarity, quality and alignment of deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent higher education.
• Minimum 8 years of business/account management experience with proven project‑management expertise.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and customer‑centric attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in an international, travel‑intensive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
