General Manager – Hotel Indigo Harbin

About the role

The General Manager leads Hotel Indigo Harbin Central Avenue, overseeing daily operations, financial performance and guest experience. You will drive revenue growth, ensure safety, and act as the brand ambassador in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day hotel operations, maximizing sales, revenue and financial returns.
• Develop and mentor staff, implement succession planning and performance programs aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain strong owner relationships and manage key stakeholder partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with brand service standards and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Prepare annual capital, cash‑flow, sales and marketing plans; analyse financials to optimise profitability.
• Lead asset‑management initiatives and leverage distribution channels to increase market share.
• Promote a safe environment, act as public‑relations representative and drive community and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of senior hotel management experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
