职位概况
本岗位面向2023‑2024届海内外应届毕业生，提供在埃森哲大连、上海、广州等地的全职软件开发工作，涉及多种技术栈，帮助新人快速融入项目交付。
主要职责
- 学习并掌握项目使用的技术，了解整体流程及对客户的价值。
- 根据业务设计文档编写技术文档、代码并完成单元测试，确保交付质量。
- 整理开发过程文档，做好工作记录并按公司要求填写资料。
- 根据业务需求灵活承担开发、测试、技术支持、项目管理等角色。
- 配合主管完成临时支援任务，及时与团队协作。
任职要求
- 2023、2024届海内外本、硕毕业生（优秀者可放宽至2021、2022届）。
- IT相关或理工科专业。
- 熟悉JAVA、.NET、Python、SAP、Oracle、C/C++等至少一种技术；有Salesforce、SAP、D365等平台开发经验者优先。
- 大连/上海地点需具备良好英语能力，日语一级相当者优先；广州地点需英语四级及以上并能流利使用粤语。
- 具备良好逻辑思维和快速学习能力，愿意在软件开发领域长期发展。
