About the role
The company is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage full sets of accounts, prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with China GAAP, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
- Manage VAT and quarterly enterprise income tax declarations, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements.
- Verify departmental expense payments and employee business expense claims, and produce payment schedules.
- Assist in monitoring internal controls within the finance function and report issues to the line manager.
- Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; professional certification preferred (CICPA, Medium Accounting Cert, or equivalent).
- At least 4 years of full‑set accounting and reporting experience in a multinational corporation.
- Good oral and written English skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong PowerPoint abilities.
