Finance Manager – Greater China Business Unit

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with Business Unit leadership to translate Greater China financial strategy into measurable results, driving profitable growth and disciplined resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, run regular performance reviews and lead variance analysis.
• Provide rigorous commercial decision support on pricing, channel economics, and portfolio profitability.
• Maintain visibility of inventory and demand, coordinating actions to protect P&L and cash.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning aligned with Greater China targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor moves to inform pricing and portfolio choices.
• Pilot process improvements such as forecast automation and self‑service dashboards.
• Support negotiations with customers, distributors and suppliers through deal modelling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure month‑end financial integrity, compliance with policy and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year program in Accounting, Finance, Business or Management with strong academic record.
• 4‑5 years of solid finance business partnering experience, preferably from a Big 4 background.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to work under pressure and influence senior stakeholders.
