Finance Controller (SAP Function)

About the role

BEUMER Group is seeking a Finance Controller with strong SAP B1 expertise to support its intralogistics manufacturing operations. You will work across multiple BEUMER subsidiaries, analysing processes, configuring systems and ensuring financial compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and coordinate SAP B1 roll‑outs with local teams.
• Introduce accounting and project‑controlling concepts and ensure knowledge transfer across countries.
• Configure SAP B1, develop test cases and validate key business scenarios.
• Support local deployment of financial systems (e‑banking) in line with statutory requirements.
• Participate in system enhancements, reporting improvements and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and internal cost allocations according to financial rules.
• Ensure accurate supplier invoice posting and compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial internal control, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High integrity, strong initiative and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• SAP B1 operation and configuration.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
