Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will play a pivotal role in month‑ and year‑end closing, financial reporting and analysis across the APAC region. You will work closely with global and local teams to ensure accurate data consolidation, deviation analysis and timely commentary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including data consolidation and variance analysis.
• Coordinate the budget and forecast process, acting as a liaison between global finance and local business units.
• Provide business analysis for profit & loss, working capital and cost structures to support controlling functions.
• Support financial controlling for other APAC subsidiaries and deliver ad‑hoc analyses as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controlling or general ledger functions, with solid knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
