职位概况
我们正在寻找具备十年以上财务预算管理和成本控制经验的Finance Controller，负责为业务提供财务建议和决策支持，推动业务效率提升。
主要职责
- 实时跟进业务变化，分析资源投入产出并提供财务建议。
- 梳理业务线财务流程，识别并防控核心业务风险。
- 核对管理报表数据流程，发现问题并推动系统改进，完成数据流程可视化。
- 完善数据指标体系，开展深度运营分析并输出专项结论。
- 负责重点项目跨部门推进，确保目标达成。
- 支持各部门的财务数据需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上财务预算管理、成本控制经验，互联网或科技类公司背景优先。
- 对数字敏感，具备出色的数据统计与分析能力。
- 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和学习能力，能适应高强度工作。
