职位概况
本职位面向具备丰富SAP FICO实施经验的专业顾问，负责为客户提供系统实施、优化及项目管理服务，需具备流利英文沟通能力，能够在快节奏环境中工作。
主要职责
- 负责FICO模块的实施与优化工作，确保业务流程与系统功能的准确性。
- 参与制定和执行FICO项目的计划，监控项目进度并确保项目按时完成。
- 分析客户需求，提供专业的解决方案和支持。
- 维护和扩展客户关系，定期收集反馈以推动服务改进。
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同解决实施过程中遇到的技术和业务问题。
