FCM Engineer – Facility Management Services

About the role

The FCM Engineer will lead the soft services of the Facility Management (FCM) department, overseeing canteen, gardening, cleaning, repairs and hotline operations. This role combines administrative leadership with procurement and project coordination to ensure efficient, cost‑effective facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage soft services such as canteen, gardening, cleaning, repairs, and hotline support.
• Develop and implement departmental rules, optimise processes and handle administrative tasks.
• Oversee internal procurement, resource utilisation and cost control for the FCM department.
• Coordinate project implementation, track progress, monitor quality and manage risks.
• Maintain communication channels within the department and with other units, resolving cross‑departmental issues.
• Supervise safety management and training of subcontractors to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in administrative management, engineering management or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in administrative or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of administrative, project and human‑resource management.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with a collaborative spirit and innovative mindset.
