About the role

English 1 is seeking motivated, entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3‑16 across its network of schools in China. The position includes full training, ready‑made teaching materials, and a sponsored Z‑work visa, making it ideal for recent graduates or career‑changers looking for international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Teach interactive, high‑energy English classes using English 1’s curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
• Maintain lesson records and follow the school’s teaching standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
