Engineer I - Global Technology - Technology Services

About the role

Join a dynamic Global Technology team at Expeditors, supporting and improving regional technology operations. The Engineer I will focus on Windows endpoint management and regional data‑center activities, ensuring devices and infrastructure remain secure, compliant and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and escalation.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle – OS deployment (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot), application rollout, patching and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain and enhance endpoint environments through automation, policy enforcement and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support Windows 11, Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy and Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Monitor endpoint health, deployment success and adherence to cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate with global, regional and vendor teams to manage data‑center operations, hardware procurement and remote‑hands services.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, technically strong and service‑oriented.
• Ability to handle hands‑on technical support while coordinating operational activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, project coordination and vendor‑management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Windows endpoint technologies (Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy).
• SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for OS and application deployment.
• Mobile Device Management and endpoint compliance monitoring.
• Automation and scripting for endpoint management.
