Employee Experience Manager

About the role

The Employee Experience Manager will bring Coherent’s values to life by shaping and delivering communication, culture, and people strategies that engage, motivate, and retain high‑performing employees. Working closely with the VP of Employee Experience, senior leaders and the HR team, this role drives initiatives that foster a sustainable, high‑performance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable employee experience systems that balance efficiency with a human‑centered approach.
• Lead change‑management projects, creating acceptance strategies and sustainability plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent, positive employee experiences and cultural cohesion.
• Develop and oversee internal and external communication materials, including brochures, posters, audio/video content, and intranet updates.
• Support onboarding, ongoing education, and talent development initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Analyze feedback and talent data to adjust short‑term solutions and achieve long‑term talent objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee experience, culture, or HR communications.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence solutions and drive large‑scale projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, building strategic relationships with HR Business Partners and service providers.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent corporate branding.
