职位概况

负责为客户的应用项目评估需求，提供技术方案，进行电机/组件的3D/2D设计，并制定验证计划。

主要职责

评估客户需求，定义技术解决方案。
完成电机及零部件的3D/2D绘图。
制定并在测试实验室执行验证/验证计划。
对开发项目和量产产品进行故障排查。
支持降成本活动，包括材料和工艺。

任职要求

机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
3年以上机械设计或工程经验，有电机经验者优先。
熟悉常用塑料和金属材料。
具备基本的GD&T知识。

必备技能

机械设计与分析。
3D/2D CAD绘图。
GD&T（几何尺寸与公差）。
材料特性（塑料、金属）。
电机及组件设计基础。
