Electrical and Electronics Developer

About the role

Airbus (China) is looking for an Electrical and Electronics Developer to lead technology scouting and development of electrification systems, including energy storage, power electronics and e‑actuators, for its projects in Suzhou. The role combines system design, testing, stakeholder management and technical consulting within a fast‑growing aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technology scouting of Chinese local innovations and improve the Technology Readiness Level of electrification components.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, build business plans and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Design architecture and solutions for electrification and electronics systems for assigned projects.
• Perform component testing, system verification and integration testing in a laboratory setting, focusing on power electronics and robotic components.
• Provide technical consulting to project teams, evaluate supplier proposals and oversee acceptance testing for electrification and robotic solutions.
• Support lab operations, including hardware setup and testing infrastructure maintenance.

Required profile

• Professional experience in electrical/electronics development, preferably in aerospace or related high‑tech sectors.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a strong commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to manage technical aspects with suppliers and coordinate with EU technology departments.
