Ecom Finance Analyst

About the role

The Ecom Finance Analyst will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive value creation across the e‑commerce portfolio. This role focuses on financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic planning to support growth and profitability in a fast‑moving online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams on portfolio strategy, assortment optimization, and promotional planning.
• Lead financial analysis of pricing, trade investments, and promotions, delivering recommendations to maximize sales growth, profitability and ROI.
• Own business performance tracking and P&L analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Drive business planning, forecasting and target delivery in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve cash productivity by optimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), accounts receivable and working capital.
• Ensure effective budget management, compliance and strong internal controls while enabling agile, data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields; strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of building partnerships across functions.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges.
• Solid business acumen and passion for e‑commerce dynamics.
• Resilience and effective prioritisation in a fast‑paced, dynamic e‑commerce environment.
