职位概况
负责根据技术要求设计机械部件（如外壳、散热、润滑）以及整体eAxle/齿轮箱系统，使用Creo进行3D建模和2D绘图，优化重量、成本和制造性。
主要职责
- 使用Creo创建eAxle组件的3D模型和2D图纸。
- 优化设计以降低重量、成本并提升制造效率。
- 编制技术文档，包括BOM、DFMEA和设计报告。
- 向相关方进行设计评审并支持问题根因分析。
- 分析齿轮箱/eAxle系统组件的潜在失效风险。
任职要求
- 理工科硕士学位。
- 3至5年以上汽车或电动汽车动力总成设计经验，熟悉eAxle或e‑drive系统。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维和表达能力。
- 具备较强的问题解决和分析能力。
必备技能
- Creo软件使用能力。
- 3D建模与2D绘图。
- BOM、DFMEA编制。
- 根本原因分析（8D、SPC、FMEA）。
- eAxle系统及其子系统（齿轮箱、电机、差速器）知识。
- 润滑与密封系统设计。
- 加工工艺了解。
