About the role

We are seeking a qualified resident/attending physician to provide high‑quality hemodialysis services in our Quanzhou centre. The doctor will be responsible for patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and ensuring compliance with national health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hemodialysis procedures, including machine operation, monitoring, and management of acute and chronic dialysis complications.
• Establish and maintain vascular access for patients and tailor individualized dialysis treatment plans.
• Collect, analyse and report medical quality data to meet corporate quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain medical documentation, epidemic reporting, and network reporting in accordance with state health regulations.
• Educate patients daily to improve compliance and trust in the centre’s services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine with a valid medical qualification and practising licence.
• Possession of a blood‑purification work permit or training certificate approved by the local Health and Family Planning Commission.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hemodialysis techniques and machine monitoring.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining vascular access.
• Management of dialysis‑related complications.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
