Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to shape and execute our B2B digital strategy. You will own the performance of our online platforms, create compelling content, and run data‑driven campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage all digital assets, including website, social media channels, email marketing, and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless operation.
• Drive high‑quality traffic to digital platforms through SEO, paid media, and partnership initiatives.
• Create and curate content such as posts, articles, images, videos, and infographics tailored to target audiences.
• Plan, launch, and optimize B2B‑focused campaigns supporting product launches, events, and other marketing programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across channels, aligning results with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and tools, continuously refining the strategy for competitive advantage.
• Ensure all activities comply with privacy laws, advertising standards, and other regulations.
• Collaborate closely with sales and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts and maximize impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, sales cycles, and lead‑nurturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Creative storytelling ability and a passion for producing engaging content.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
